Disgruntled Elves leave Special Message for Rudd

Disgruntled elves today took time from their Christmas duties to leave a special message for Kevin Rudd at his Morningside office in Brisbane. The elves are angry about Rudd’s 5% care factor and 95% coal factor in dealing with Australia’s climate change challenges.

Queensland Climate Groups Respond to Rudd’s Announcement

A string of protests erupted across the country in angry response to the Federal Government’s announcement on Monday that Australia would only cut its greenhouse gas emissions by between 5 and 15% by 2020. Rudd’s office was the target in Queensland, with successive actions over three days attempting to amplify the pressure on the Prime Minister to fulfil his election promise for leadership on climate change.
